Frini Mouzakitou

Fryni Mouzakitou was born in Athens in 1964. She studied painting at the Athens School of Fine Arts and graduated in 1987. She continued her studies in London at the Royal College of Art and got her postgraduate degree in 1991. She has a series of individual and group exhibitions in galleries and public spaces, in Greece and abroad. Her personal exhibitions include: Non est potestas super terram quae comparteur ei, Center of Contemporary Art Ileana Tounta, Athens 2018, Athenee project Transformations 2017, Municipal Art Gallery of Syros 2012, Image Factory, Corinth Municipal Art Gallery 2010, Chairs, Center of Contemporary Art Ileana Tounta, Athens 2009, Eleftheras Voskis I, Center for Contemporary Art Ileana Tounta, Athens 1999, Eleftheras Voskis II, Coutts Bank (collaboration with the homonymous bank foundation), Monaco 1999, Wine and Spirit, Spirits (in collaboration with the Center for Contemporary Art Ileana Tounta ), Athens 1997, Aquarium, Center for Contemporary Art As Ileana Tounta, Athens, 1995. Her works are in many collections such as the Macedonian Museum of Modern Art, Coutts Bank, National Bank of Greece, Intercontinental, D. Daskalopoulos, Ch. David, 3E, G. Papadimitriou collection. Fryni Mouzakitou is a regular professor at the Department of Interior Architecture at the University of Western Attica.
