Elisavet Mandoulidou is an architect (DUTh 2005). She holds a MSc in “Architecture – Space planning” from the Department of Architecture (NTUA 2008) and a PhD in Architecture (DUTh 2014). Her PhD Thesis entitled “Architectural Design and New Technologies. From analogue process to digital processing”. She has been an Adjunct Lecturer at the Department of Architecture DUTh (acad. years 2007-08, 2009-10, 2010-11) and an Academic Collaborator at the Department of Civil Engineering UNIWA (acad. Year 2017-2018). She is currently an Adjunct Professor at the Department of Interior Architecture UNIWA and at the Graphic Arts – Multimedia MA at the School of Applied Arts HOU (Supervision of Diploma Thesis). She is a researcher, member of the international and interdisciplinary Research group SindeFin [www.sindefin.org], with which she has participated in research programs, international scientific conferences and international architectural competitions. She has awarded, published work in international scientific journals, international scientific conference proceedings and book chapters. Her main interests focus on the fusion between advanced, digital, and hybrid technologies with architectural design and fabrication in architectural and urban space.
